About this role

Operational role focused on deploying contracted services to meet SLAs/KPIs and supporting daily facility activities across logistics networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery/deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups
  • Oversee daily facility activities: inbound receipts, inventory, staffing, inspections, safety, etc.
  • Perform financial activities including forecasting and annual plans
  • Maintain customer relationships and identify efficiency opportunities

Technical Overview

Operational analytics and field coordination with MS Office suite and WMS systems; familiarity with 3PL concepts and KPI tracking.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level distribution operations analyst with strong MS Office skills and exposure to WMS and 3PL operations. They should be detail-oriented, able to coordinate with vendors, and support KPI/SLA tracking.
