Key Responsibilities
- Supports Territory Sales Managers with business development through tool recommendations and technical seminars
- Delivers live cutting tool demonstrations and/or technical seminars
- Travels to target end users and distributors to support territory growth
- Responds to technical questions from end user and sales channels
- Develops and delivers product features and technical training

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level District Sales Engineer with 3+ years of manufacturing/tooling sales experience, strong CAD/print-reading skills, and the ability to travel 25-50% in the Southeast. They should combine technical aptitude with consultative sales capabilities and effective communication.
Must-Have Skills
Three (3) years of sales experience in a manufacturingprogramming and/or industrial sales positionBachelor of Science Degree in EngineeringManufacturing/Industrial/Machine Technology or similar technical degreeGeneral knowledge of cutting tools and/or manufacturing/machining industryBasic knowledge and operation using Computer Aided Design softwareAbility to read and comprehend printsProficient in Microsoft ExcelWordPowerPoint and OutlookAbility to communicate solutions with both engineers and non-engineersAbility to perform mathematical calculations pertaining to machiningWillingness to travel by air and overnight between 25-50% of timeMust possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s licenseMust live in a southeastern state and live within 100 miles of a top 50 US airport
