Drive sales growth for Nucor Building Systems in the Mississippi territory by developing builder and customer relationships and executing builder recruitment. Own annual sales planning and partner with the Regional Sales Manager on training and performance improvements.

  • Manage the development of Builders, Accounts and National Account opportunities.
  • Implement effective Builder recruitment and execute cancellations of non-performing Builders.
  • Responsible for Marketing Nucor Building Systems products in the assigned district.
  • Establish annual sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve goals set with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Create Best Mark opportunities to improve product quality, service functions and enhance builder relations.

Sell metal building systems products, support builder penetration (NBS penetration), and improve quality and public image. Use PEMB-focused knowledge where applicable while managing safety processes and disciplined execution across the territory.

The ideal candidate is a territory-focused sales professional with 3-5 years of construction industry sales experience, ideally selling pre-engineered metal buildings or engineered building products. They can manage builder and account relationships, execute recruitment and cancellations for non-performing builders, and drive safety-first performance while traveling extensively within the Mississippi territory.
