About this role
Oversee trade compliance for the Precision Castparts division, ensuring ITAR/EAR/OFAC compliance, managing EEI filings and export licenses, and coordinating audits and regulatory reporting across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage trade compliance activities for multiple manufacturing plants within the division
- Provide expert guidance on ITAR, EAR, OFAC and other export control laws
- Conduct internal audits and investigations, and report potential violations
- Maintain ACE/EEI filings and manage export license processes using DECCS and SNAP-R
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide updates to management
Technical Overview
Proficient with ACE and EEI filings; experienced with DECCS and SNAP-R; knowledgeable in ITAR/EAR/OFAC and U.S. Customs regulations; strong audit and regulatory updates skillset.

The ideal candidate is a senior trade compliance leader with 10+ years of experience, deep knowledge of ITAR/EAR/OFAC, ACE, DECCS, SNAP-R, and a proven track record in audits and investigations.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in International BusinessBusiness AdministrationAerospace EngineeringInternational Supply Chain Managementor a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in trade compliancewith a demonstrated record of building and sustaining a successful trade compliance programProficiency in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system for filing EEIsrunning compliance reportsand managing export activitiesStrong understanding of ITAREAROFAC sanctions and other relevant export control lawsand U.S. Customs laws and regulationsExtensive experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions to ensure compliance across multiple manufacturing sitesExperience working with legal teams on investigationsreporting potential violationsand addressing compliance risksAbility to navigate and resolve complex trade compliance issues and provide strategic guidance to senior leadershipExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong communication skills
