The Division Director of Sales leads division-level marketing communications and community-level strategy, serving as a liaison to Area/Zone marketing functions. The role manages advertising, oversees community launch execution, improves related processes, and drives pricing and implementation strategies using Price Realization reporting.

- Manage all advertising activities and promotions for the Division
- Manage marketing budget spend with emphasis on ROI
- Oversee and coordinate teams for new community launches
- Implement process improvement procedures for sales and new community launches
- Create implementation strategies using Price Realization reports and pricing data
Technical Overview
This role is not technology-focused; it is centered on go-to-market execution for new communities, advertising and promotional program management, budget and ROI oversight, and analytical use of Price Realization reporting and pricing-related datasets (option selection, spec inventory, and lot premium evaluation).
