About this role

This role is a dual position operating company transportation equipment and performing warehouse/tank farm operations. The driver handles hazardous materials and waste pickups and deliveries while completing inspections, required paperwork, and customer documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials and wastes
Ensure safety and compliance of load
Use Samsara e-Logging Device manage proper driver duty statuses and planned freight routing sequencing
Use ePOD device to capture customer delivery receipt and shipment documents
Perform warehouse and tank farm operation activities as directed

Technical Overview

You will operate a tractor-trailer with HazMat and Tanker endorsements, manage DOT-compliant driver duty statuses using the Samsara e-Logging Device, and capture delivery proof using the ePOD device. The job also includes inspections, paperwork, and safe load compliance for hazardous materials transport.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL-A driver with 2+ years of tractor-trailer experience and HazMat and Tanker endorsements. They have a strong safety and compliance track record handling hazardous materials and waste pickups, and are comfortable using Samsara e-Logging Device and ePOD for accurate delivery and documentation.
