Senior Engagement Manager responsible for leading a portfolio of Microsoft technology engagements in the Public Sector, overseeing delivery, governance, and financial performance while driving account growth and executive sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader for a portfolio of engagements
- Own the executive client relationship and governance
- Oversee delivery across engagements for quality, scope, and financial targets
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion
- Partner with Sales and Practice Leadership to develop proposals and change requests
Technical Overview
Focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE within the Azure/Power Platform ecosystem; governance and change management across engagements; collaboration with PMs and Solution Architects; financial oversight including forecasting and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is a senior engagement manager with 10+ years delivering complex Microsoft technology transformations in the Public Sector, proficient in Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, and the Power Platform. They excel at executive relationship management, governance, and driving revenue targets across multiple concurrent engagements.
Must-Have Skills
