About this role
This role provides SWAT-level support for APSRE, delivering level 4 technical support during production and triage efforts. The engineer will drive technology triage to completion by assisting with restoral steps and identifying root cause in collaboration with partner and ITIL teams.

Technical Overview
You will support production incidents and complex problem resolution with strong server management across Windows and Linux. The work requires understanding distributed application flow, code-level familiarity with Java/.NET, scripting, database knowledge (SQL/Oracle), and network transport layer troubleshooting, alongside AWS engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an SRE/Performance Engineering professional who can provide level 4 technical support for production and lead end-to-end triage to resolution. They have strong server management experience across Windows and Linux, understand distributed application flow, and can apply root-cause analysis using Java/.NET, scripting, SQL/Oracle, and network transport knowledge.
