The project manager uses PLC/Stage-Gate processes and the project life cycle to plan, report, forecast costs, manage RFPs and contractor evaluations, and apply economic impact analysis to improve reliability, profitability, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams to execute complex project plans
Coordinate technical resources under the structured guidance of the Project Life Cycle
Develop reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts
Prepare, review, and approve RFPs and contractor evaluations/selection decisions
Apply economic impact analysis and engineering principles to improve lifecycle economic performance

Technical Overview

The technical scope includes engineering-driven project management across facility construction and facility operations using PLC/Stage-Gate processes. Responsibilities include economic impact analysis, building project schedules and cost forecasts, executing RFPs and contractor evaluations, and presenting recommendations grounded in engineering principles and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior E&C Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of oil and gas engineering/project management experience. They are experienced with PLC/Stage-Gate processes and delivering moderate-to-large initiatives across facility construction and operations. They strengthen project controls using detailed reporting, schedules, and cost forecasts, and they manage RFPs, contractor evaluations, economic impact analysis, and reliability/risk outcomes while traveling as needed.
