About this role

Support delivery of a multi-brand eCommerce digital platform by translating strategic priorities into clear requirements and managing product backlogs. Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and agency teams to drive work from intake through release, including UAT support and dotCMS-related coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and refine product backlog items aligned to business priorities
  • Support sprint ceremonies and estimation/delivery planning
  • Coordinate platform work across engineering, CMS implementation (dotCMS), and IT dependencies
  • Assist with UAT/validation and maintain detailed requirements and process documentation

Technical Overview

Works in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment to define requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria) and coordinate execution across engineering, CMS implementation (dotCMS), and IT dependencies. Maintains structured documentation and supports validation (UAT) while building knowledge of technical ecosystem components such as APIs and data flows.
