About this role
On-site EHR support analyst providing facility-level leadership for core clinical systems, leads testing and implementation of new modules, develops training materials, and ensures compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities
- Second level support for incidents and requests
- Lead facility-based implementations of clinical applications releases
- Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training
- Coordinate facility clinical reporting requests and validate results
Technical Overview
Focus on clinical applications management, dictionary maintenance, training delivery, and collaboration with division EHR Support Team to standardize and optimize clinical software usage; emphasizes patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
