Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level EHS professional with knowledge of OSHA regulations and at least 1 year of safety-related experience, capable of driving safety programs, audits, and training across shifts. They should be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and able to collaborate across teams to improve safety performance.
Must-Have Skills
High school or equivalentKnowledge of OSHA regulationsspecifically 29 CFR 1910A minimum of 1 year in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR; A bachelors degree in EHS-relevant background OR; 6 months experience performing in a safety-related role within AmazonExperience using Microsoft WordExperience using Microsoft ExcelExperience maintaining confidentiality in matter involving security and/or personal issues in the workplaceLift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hoursFirst Aid/CPR/AED certification within 3 weeks of start
