About this role
This EHS Specialist role (Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, WHSS) drives safety program excellence at an Amazon site by running audits, investigating incidents, and leading risk assessments. You act as the building’s safety champion, partnering with associates and leadership to improve safety culture and help people respond effectively in emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments

- Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing
