About this role
As a Journeyman Electrician at Phillips 66’s Ponca City Refinery, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair refinery electrical systems. The role supports Monday–Friday day shifts but includes nights, weekends, and overtime to maintain 24-hour refinery operations.

Technical Overview
You will work on refinery electrical infrastructure including medium voltage and 600-volt switchgear, motor control centers, electric motors, motor control circuits, and lighting/power circuits. Duties also include bucket truck operation and conduit installation, with strong emphasis on safe electrical maintenance practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Journeyman Electrician with an Oklahoma State Journeyman Electrical License (or equivalent) and 1+ years of industrial electrician and/or process instrumentation shop experience. They have hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience with refinery electrical systems including switchgear, motor control centers, electric motors, and motor control circuits. They can safely perform the required physical and PPE tasks and are able to read technical procedures in English.
