About this role
This Electro-Mechanical Technician role supports paper converting manufacturing operations by assembling/disassembling equipment and performing mechanical/electrical testing and debugging. The technician will handle electrical installation and repairs, perform breakdown, preventative, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot using PLCs, and maintain accurate CMMS documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical production devices within the plant
- Perform breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Use PLCs for routine troubleshooting
- Complete parts requisitions, work orders, time sheets in Computerized manufacturing Maintenance Management System
- Read and work from mechanical and electrical blueprints while adhering to maintenance schedules
