Elite Stylist role focuses on engaging guests with hair and makeup services, driving sales, and maintaining salon standards in Ulta Beauty.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hair services including design, haircutting, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing
- Meet or exceed sales goal of $1900 average weekly sales and productivity goals
- Perform product demonstrations to drive sales
- Support the execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain prompt attendance
