Multi Brand Advisor II focuses on maximizing sales in IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay and Kiehl's by engaging guests, performing makeup applications and skincare demonstrations, and executing brand events.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed brand sales and loyalty goals; perform makeup applications and skincare analysis; book appointments and support in-store events; maintain brand area and tester hygiene; build guest relationships and participate in required trainings
Technical Overview
No software stack; uses clientele system and Ulta Beauty processes; emphasis on brand training and promotions
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level cosmetics artist with at least 1 year of experience, strong makeup and brow services skills, and a proven ability to meet brand sales goals in a boutique Ulta setting.
