Key Responsibilities

Perform hair services (design, haircutting, color, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup)
Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services
Perform product demonstrations to drive sales
Support in-store events and promotions
Maintain compliance with policies, safety, sanitation, and inventory/operational standards

Technical Overview

Scope covers a wide range of salon services (design, color, texture, treatments, extensions) and makeup; uses Ulta's booking and loyalty systems; adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines and state board rules; collaborates with skin therapists and retail team.
