About this role

Tickblaze is hiring an Email Campaign & Graphic Design Specialist to execute internal webinar and email marketing operations. The role focuses on producing production-ready email campaigns and creative assets, uploading and optimizing YouTube content, and building/updating landing pages and funnels using ClickFunnels.

Key Responsibilities

Create modern marketing graphics and thumbnails (email visuals, banners, YouTube thumbnails)
Edit videos for YouTube and social media; process webinar recordings for publishing
Execute email campaigns using Keap and GoHighLevel (2 to 3 million emails per month)
Upload videos to YouTube with thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens
Build and update landing pages and funnels using ClickFunnels, with strong QA before publishing

Technical Overview

This is a hands-on production role using Keap and GoHighLevel to run high-volume email workflows and ClickFunnels to manage landing pages and funnels. It also includes managing YouTube publishing details and performing QA tasks such as proofreading and link/structure validation before content goes live.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level execution-focused marketing specialist who can design and produce campaign-ready assets for high-volume email workflows tied to live webinars. They have hands-on experience using Keap and GoHighLevel for email campaigns and ClickFunnels for landing pages and funnels, plus the skills to upload and optimize YouTube content (thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens). They consistently deliver accurate, QA’d content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
