About this role
FICO seeks an Executive Programs Intern to support high-touch B2B marketing programs, manage executive campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This paid internship offers potential conversion to full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive campaigns in Salesforce: update campaign statuses, track attendance, maintain data accuracy
- Send invitations and follow-ups for CABs, executive dinners, and VIP events
- Coordinate regional newsletters and regionalized content
- Maintain content library and ensure brand consistency across executive materials
- Assist with Innovation Day planning for strategic accounts
Technical Overview
Role involves managing executive campaigns in Salesforce, coordinating CABs, executive newsletters, and content for top accounts. Requires proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting; familiarity with Asana, Tableau, and Seismic is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a final-year or recent graduate in marketing/communications/business with strong written and verbal communication, data-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones to support executive marketing programs.
