About this role
Empower Business Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and IT solutions, with focus on Empower system support in mortgage banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulates/defines specifications for moderately complex operating software programs
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems
- Prepares program specifications and diagrams
- Encodes, tests, debugs and installs operating programs
- Act as level two support for Empower system
Technical Overview
Analysis of processes, integration with APIs, SQL queries, and Agile/Waterfall project management; strong MS Office suite usage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level business systems analyst with 6+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, proficient in API tools, Agile/Waterfall, and Microsoft Office; capable of supporting Empower system and mortgage tooling.
