About this role
This role provides customer support and clinical sales enablement for Fujifilm endoscopy equipment across the assigned territory. You will manage equipment-related support activities, lead the pre-demo process, and deliver training and education on proper use and reprocessing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving sales revenue within the territory
- Lead the pre-demonstration (pre-demo) process for clinical demonstrations
- Serve as primary resource for training customers on proper equipment use
- Provide field expertise on proper reprocessing techniques
- Provide weekly and/or monthly reports and maintain customer data for integration

The technical scope is clinical equipment support rather than software engineering. The role focuses on endoscopy equipment troubleshooting, training in proper care/handling, and expertise in reprocessing techniques to support customer success and demonstration readiness.
