Engineer role within the Product Development, Science & Technology team focused on conceiving and implementing novel experimental approaches. The role emphasizes autonomous laboratory research, method development, and using multidisciplinary data to drive follow-on experiments and publish results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement novel experimental approaches
- Investigate, identify, develop, and optimize new methods and techniques
- Formulate conclusions and design follow-on experiments using multidisciplinary data
- Author publications, presentations, regulatory documents and/or invent patents
- Adhere to GxP compliance, safety, and controlled materials handling requirements; provide mentorship of others

Works on laboratory research and method development requiring broad scientific proficiency. Produces outputs such as publications, presentations, regulatory documents, and may serve as a primary inventor of patents while maintaining strict GxP and safety compliance.
