Key Responsibilities

Develop and support medium to large complex customer technology platforms
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
Analyze and classify complex change requests and identify system enhancements
Code and maintain complex system components
Mentor team members on coding standards and perform code reviews

Technical Overview

Stack includes PEGA PRPC, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, Informatica ETL, and Java/JSP/J2EE. API testing via SOAP UI and Postman with emphasis on secure data exchange and HIPAA compliance.
