About this role

Engineer III for graveyard shift supporting casino/hotel operations through comprehensive preventative maintenance and urgent repairs across building systems and guest-impacting areas. Handles repairs to rooms, fixtures, furniture, and finishes while maintaining maintenance/testing records and responding to Maximo work orders.

Key Responsibilities

Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair per engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations
Performs preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
Responds to Maximo WO's and maintains records and daily logs
Executes guest room and property repairs (fixtures, wallpaper/paint/drywall, furniture, lamp replacement, circuit breaker reset, AC filters)
Supports events and casino operations

Technical Overview

Performs multi-trade maintenance including mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting plus carpentry, upholstery, painting, and drywall/wallpaper repairs. Operates facility equipment (scissor lifts, forklift, pallet jack), manages electrical tasks like circuit breaker reset and lamp replacement, and processes work orders via Maximo.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced general building repair technician (3+ years) with strong plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration maintenance skills in a hospitality environment. They can perform preventive maintenance and urgent repairs, maintain maintenance records, and respond to work orders in Maximo while meeting mobility and equipment operation requirements.
