About this role

Maintenance engineer responsible for preventive and urgent maintenance of hotel facilities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems at a Caesars Entertainment property.

Key Responsibilities

Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and health and safety regulations
Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible
Keeps all records of maintenance and testing
Performs preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment
Responds to Maximo WO's

Technical Overview

Focus on preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, using CMMS/Maximo to track work orders, and operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklift, and pallet jack; requires knowledge of safety standards and guest service support.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level facilities/engineering technician with at least 3 years of hospitality-focused building maintenance experience, capable of performing preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. They must communicate clearly, be safety-conscious, and comfortable using Maximo and operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced hotel environment.
