Engineering role focusing on planning, maintenance, design, project management, and operation of transmission assets. Leads asset management strategy and ensures compliance with industry standards; drives data-informed decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed engineering analysis for transmission assets
- Develop multiyear maintenance strategy and capital plan
- Lead asset management programs (condition monitoring, predictive maintenance)
- Manage large datasets and dashboards to measure asset risk and health indices
- Develop compliance frameworks for NERC and FERC requirements
Technical Overview
Scope includes electrical transmission engineering, asset management, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and KPI-driven performance. Interfaces with IT/OT, regulatory frameworks (NERC/SERC), and governance platforms to optimize capital allocation and asset health.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior transmission engineering professional with strong asset management, planning, and regulatory compliance experience in a utility environment; 4+ years of engineering experience and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
