About this role
Perform a broad range of preventative maintenance and urgent repairs across the property, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting, and electrical systems. Maintain maintenance/testing records, respond to Maximo work orders, and support hotel events while meeting physical and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and urgent repair
- Maintain and repair hotel guest rooms, furniture, and surfaces
- Change AC filters and perform key electrical and plumbing tasks
- Respond to Maximo WO's and keep daily logs/records
- Operate scissor lifts, forklift, and pallet jack while following safety standards
