Engineer IT OCC responsible for end-to-end incident management in a 24/7 Operations Command Center, leading incident bridges and collaborating across IT to restore services quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident leader for SEV1/SEV2 incidents
- Lead incident bridges and escalation
- Monitor environments with monitoring tools
- Track incidents in ServiceNow
- Lead RCA and post-incident reviews
Technical Overview
Hands-on incident management in a cloud/hybrid environment with monitoring and APM tools, incident communications, and post-incident analysis.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level DevOps/SRE with 2+ years of NOC incident management experience, strong monitoring tool proficiency (PagerDuty, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana), and ability to operate in a hybrid role in NYC.
