The ideal candidate is a facilities engineering or general building repair technician with 3+ years of hospitality maintenance experience, strong plumbing/electrical/mechanical skills, and a working knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration. They are EPA licensed, comfortable using hand and power tools and handling equipment like scissor lifts/forklifts/pallet jacks, and they maintain accurate maintenance records and daily logs while delivering guest service excellence.
