Provide hands-on automation and controls support for OEM filling equipment and related processing systems to minimize downtime and maintain qualified state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line automation/support
  • Troubleshoot PLC/HMI and hardware
  • Plan and execute improvements
  • Ensure safety and c-GMP compliance
  • Document issues and corrective actions

Technical Overview

Troubleshoot PLC/HMI platforms (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), industrial instrumentation, and CMMS systems; support equipment upgrades and qualification.

Ideal Candidate

Entry-level automation technician with an associate degree and hands-on PLC/HMI troubleshooting experience to support automated manufacturing lines.
