Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team across four domains: IT Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Internal Applications, and Automations and Integrations, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow engineering teams across IT Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Internal Applications, and Automations and Integrations
  • Drive team performance and delivery by setting goals and OKRs
  • Partner with Security, Risk and Trust, Product Engineering, and Business Operations to prioritize effectively
  • Define and communicate a clear technical vision and standards
  • Champion AI and automation adoption across Klaviyo

Technical Overview

Lead multi-domain software engineering efforts with a focus on AI/ML systems, scalable architecture, reliability, and security. Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader with 5+ years in engineering and at least 2 years in management, capable of guiding AI/ML and platform engineering initiatives across multiple domains with a focus on reliability and security.
