Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Engineering Manager with 5+ years in software, hands-on Ruby on Rails and React, capable of leading a distributed team of 5-15 engineers, and comfortable driving AI tooling adoption and analytics-enabled delivery.
Must-Have Skills
