Engineering Manager for GitLab CD will build and lead a new globally distributed team responsible for the next generation of Continuous Delivery capabilities in GitLab's DevSecOps platform. You’ll hire foundational engineers, shape team culture, and own delivery of a CD engine with AI-native governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior engineering leader with a proven track record building and guiding distributed, globally distributed teams delivering a modern Continuous Delivery platform. They possess hands-on credibility in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and release automation, and can drive AI-enabled governance while partnering with product and infrastructure.
