About this role
Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity leads the India cybersecurity teams (GRC, Security Architecture, governance, BCM, disaster recovery) and aligns India capabilities with global IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide People Leadership & Alignment to India Cybersecurity team
- Develop relationships with global leadership to support CISO roadmap
- Drive resource planning and execution of GEBS cybersecurity activities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate India operations with global standards
- Establish KPIs and promote continuous improvement
Technical Overview
Leads India Cybersecurity with focus on GRC, SAE, SOC; drives operational excellence; builds scalable processes; uses KPI metrics; fosters innovation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced cybersecurity leader who can scale India-based security functions (GRC, Security Architecture, SOC, BCM/DR) and align them with Rockwell's global IT strategy, while driving cross-regional collaboration and talent development.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Engineering5+ years experience in cybersecurity strategy / cybersecurity domain10+ years overall experience with at least 5 years managing & scaling teams in India5+ years experience working on globally distributed teamsExperience aligning India IT with Enterprise IT and business strategyEngage with stakeholders across organizational levelsExperience optimizing operational efficiency
