About this role
Engineering Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering, leads a high-performing FDE team in EMEA focused on winning complex, large deals and navigating ambiguous customer engagements. This hands-on EM role combines technical execution with business value outcomes and close collaboration with Sales, Solutions and Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of tailored technical solutions including PoCs and evaluations; Champion customer-obsessed engagement; Provide technical guidance, architecture, demos, and product evaluation support; Contribute to product roadmap feedback; Expand scope to seven-figure opportunities
Technical Overview
Role requires hands-on engineering leadership across PoCs, evaluations, architecture, and product evaluation support, with a focus on AI-enabled deployments and large-scale enterprise engagements in an AI customer service context.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior engineering leader with at least 3+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of leading customer-facing engineering teams, capable of driving enterprise deployments, PoCs, and architectural guidance in AI-enabled deployments.
