About this role

Engineering Manager, Load Testing leads the performance load testing team to validate scalability of the Okta Customer Identity Cloud service. You will drive test strategy, backlog, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-performance releases.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of load testing engineers
Implement Agile processes and backlog for load tests
Drive cross-team collaboration for performance testing
Mentor team and drive process improvements
Shift-left performance and test coverage
