About this role
Engineering Manager, SSCS: Supply Chain leads the SSCS Add-On backend engineering team to deliver core software supply chain security capabilities for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide a backend engineering team building the SSCS Add-On across dependency enforcement, build provenance, malicious package detection, and artifact signing
- Drive engineering delivery for GA milestones by aligning sequencing, scope, and dependencies
- Develop the team by partnering with Talent Acquisition on sourcing, interview design, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
- Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
- Coordinate quarterly planning and roadmap tradeoff discussions with SSCS stage leadership and Product
Technical Overview
Focus on developing SSCS Add-On features such as dependency enforcement, build provenance, malicious package detection, and artifact signing; ensure reliable delivery with strong testing and cross-functional collaboration.
