About this role

Data Center Engineering Technician maintains mission-critical data center facilities, performing electrical/mechanical preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site support to ensure high uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Daily building rounds and monitoring
BMS/EPMS monitoring
troubleshoot facility and rack-level events
rack installs/ decommissions
PM and root cause analysis
technical writing
on-site support for contractors/vendors
travel to multiple sites
perform site changes as needed

Technical Overview

Hands-on work with diesel generators, three-phase electrical systems, UPS, PDUs, CRAC, chillers, and cooling towers, plus BMS/EPMS monitoring and change-management documentation.

Ideal Candidate

An on-site data center technician with hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise, capable of preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting across multiple data center facilities, and willing to travel as needed.
