About this role

Supervisor overseeing PG&E's Power Generation engineering projects; responsible for scope, scheduling, cost, and risk management, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Report project scope, schedule, cost and risk management information to manager
Participate in inter-department meetings to improve processes and efficiency
Reviews engineering design packages for QA and compliance
Provides project scope, scheduling, cost, and risk reporting to stakeholders
Develops and implements engineering control policies and procedures

Technical Overview

Requires PE license, AutoCAD, MS Office tools, and strong project management practices; proficient in EVMS, WBS, risk management, and safety audits; familiar with NFPA/NEC codes and lean six sigma approaches.

Ideal Candidate

Licensed PE with 5+ years of related experience leading capital projects in power generation; strong AutoCAD, NFPA/NEC code familiarity, and project management skills; Lean Six Sigma and PMP are preferred.
