About this role

Engineering Summer Associate supports Plant Engineering with capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Plant Engineer with planning, execution, and tracking of capital projects
Gather data and maintain project documentation
Support reliability initiatives
Follow GMP and food safety requirements
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership

Technical Overview

Exposure to plant engineering processes, project coordination, data collection, and GMP compliance; proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a motivated engineering student (sophomore or higher) pursuing mechanical or electrical engineering with interest in manufacturing operations, capital projects, and equipment installation.
