About this role
Senior business development manager to own and grow Doc2Build's pipeline serving owners, GCs, and MEP trades in commercial/industrial construction; responsible for outbound outreach, proposals, pricing, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients in commercial/industrial construction
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound outreach and events
- Prepare and deliver proposals, scopes of work, and pricing
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key accounts
Technical Overview
Role involves understanding engineering/build processes and BIM/VDC context; collaborates with operations to shape proposals and handoffs to delivery.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior business development professional with 7-10+ years selling in owner, construction, or AEC industries, strong outbound prospecting skills, and a track record of targeting and closing B2B accounts.
