About this role
Enrollment Coach I supports prospective students through inquiry, application, and admission phases using a consultative sales approach. The role involves heavy CRM usage, frequent outreach, and collaboration with campus staff to facilitate enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration/matriculation
- Serve as primary point of contact for prospective students
- Advise on suitable programs and program requirements
- Create and maintain roster of prospective students in CRM
- Collaborate with Enrollment team and campus personnel
Technical Overview
Requires strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with CRM systems and MS Office is essential.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level admissions professional with 1-3 years in admissions or sales, strong CRM and communication skills, and ability to work remotely with a consultative approach to guiding prospective students.
