About this role
This role is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth and profitability for NinjaOne in Northern California. The Enterprise Account Executive builds pipeline, prospects for net new accounts, expands existing customers through cross-sell/upsell, and manages the full sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify prospective accounts and build/maintain a pipeline
- Run discovery calls, presentations, and demos; become a trusted advisor
- Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts, and implementations with leadership approval
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through close and expansion sales
- Forecast accurately in Salesforce to hit or exceed quota
Technical Overview
While primarily sales-focused, the role relies on using Salesforce for accurate opportunity forecasting and managing an enterprise pipeline. It also requires competence presenting and demonstrating the NinjaOne product and aligning IT operations value to prospect needs during discovery and demos.

The ideal candidate is an enterprise SaaS sales professional with 10+ years of B2B full-cycle experience in Northern California. They are a proven hunter/closer with a strong record of exceeding enterprise quotas, skilled at building pipeline, running discovery-to-close sales cycles, and negotiating contracts using Salesforce.
