About this role
Enterprise account manager for retail clients focused on building relationships, retention, and growth by providing staffing solutions and overseeing multi-location accounts across store banners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead point of contact for all account management matters for retail clients, including staffing planning, escalations, and ongoing strategy
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior-level operations roles, store operations managers, district managers, HR leaders, and other key stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's retail environment to proactively meet workforce needs (seasonal hiring surges, inventory events, store openings, customer traffic)
- Maintain and grow client contracts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across store locations, regions, or new job categories
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing retail accounts and expand WorkWhile's presence across new store locations or banners
