Enterprise Act Engineer II will design, develop, and support mission-critical cloud applications and services for global enterprise customers. The role also manages enterprise accounts and support cases, and provides detailed operational performance and service disruption reviews.

They are comfortable with system administration in Linux or Windows, and they can use networking, scripting, and automation to resolve customer issues while producing detailed operational and disruption reviews.
