About this role

Build and support enterprise customers running mission-critical, cloud-based applications and services. Lead operational reviews, investigate service disruptions, and contribute to prelaunch planning while advising on architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support global and enterprise mission-critical cloud applications and services
  • Manage enterprise accounts and support cases
  • Perform analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning
  • Recommend new offerings for company architecture and provide proactive advice through implementation life cycle

Technical Overview

Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed applications, system administration in Linux and/or Windows, and networking-related work including scripting and automation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, operational performance analysis, and detailed planning across the implementation life cycle for cloud services (Amazon Web Services).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior cloud/support engineer with 1+ year of experience in the Enterprise Act Engineer role or equivalent work as a Support Engineer or Systems Engineer. They have hands-on experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and managing large-scale distributed applications, with strong system administration skills in both Linux and Windows environments.
