About this role

Enterprise Analyst with a Desktop Management focus will recommend, implement, and support TECO Energy's desktop infrastructure across TECO and subsidiaries. The role is presented as progression across three levels (I-III) and emphasizes project participation, SME mentorship, and hands-on desktop technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • All duties of Enterprise Analyst I (40%), Product Administrator for one or more Advanced Enterprise Technology components (40%), Additional EDTD duties (20%)

Technical Overview

Focuses on EDTD desktop technologies, Windows platforms, enterprise software deployment, and Apple device management with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, AdminStudio, Orca, and CA Service Desk.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level systems administrator / enterprise analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience managing desktop infrastructure and enterprise tools (AD, Group Policy, SCCM) in a large corporate environment. Strong mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering stable desktop services are highly valued.
