Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and maintain technology strategies and roadmaps
Manage a domain of MassMutual Application Portfolio data for quality
Evaluate core platforms and benchmark technologies
Define standards on service design and software engineering best practices
Publish architecture deliverables and educate federated teams

Technical Overview

Architecture strategy, TOGAF/Archimate, Cloud (AWS) and cloud-native services, data analytics, API design, domain-driven design, event streaming, microservice architectures

Ideal Candidate

Ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise/application architect with 8+ years in IT architecture, strong TOGAF/Archimate background, and AWS/cloud expertise. They should be comfortable guiding multi-stakeholder strategies, mapping capabilities to business outcomes, and leveraging data analytics and APIs.

Must-Have Skills
