Enterprise IT Architecture Director

Leads the enterprise IT architecture function, guiding architecture strategy and roadmaps to achieve MPC's objectives. Manages a federated team of architects and coordinates with stakeholders to deliver agile, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

• Leads managers and individual contributors to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework and governance principles
• Leads integration of architecture domains across business units and major programs
• Shaping future-state architecture and technology roadmaps

Develops and maintains an enterprise architecture framework; oversees governance, technology acquisition lifecycle, and debt reduction; integrates business, information, application, technology, and security domains; emphasizes AI/ML integration and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level enterprise IT architect with 12+ years of IT experience, strong governance and cloud/AI expertise, and a proven ability to lead architecture initiatives across a federated organization.
